My Story
I started as a computer science student who loved building things. Eighteen years later, I've led research organizations at OKX, Twitter, and Yahoo, earned an MBA, and I still build — now with AI as my co-pilot. My path has been anything but linear, and that's exactly what makes it work.
The Story
It started with a CS degree and a love for building. As a full-stack developer, I learned to think in systems — how pieces connect, where things break, and why elegant solutions matter.
I moved from building products to understanding the people who use them. Market research at Unilever and Clorox taught me how to translate human behavior into business strategy — and an MBA sharpened the business lens.
At Twitter, Yahoo, and OKX, I built research organizations from scratch. Not just teams — entire functions. I operated from the CEO office at OKX, shaping product direction across fintech, social media, and crypto. Global teams across APAC, Europe, and the US.
Now I'm doing what I've always done best — building. AI agents, shipped products, end-to-end prototypes. The engineer and the researcher have finally merged.
How I Work
I use research to clarify problems and build strategy: what we should do, and why.
I build the technical teams and systems that translate insights into products people actually want to use.
With a CS degree, an MBA, and 18+ years of leadership, I operate at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Strategy.
I embed research directly into business OKRs so organizations move from gut-driven decisions to evidence-based execution.
I build research orgs from zero — OKX, Twitter, Yahoo — across APAC, Europe, and the US.
I ship. Not just reports — prototypes, AI agents, and products built end-to-end.
Expertise
Shaping product direction at the intersection of AI capabilities and user needs.
Building and scaling research organizations that drive evidence-based decisions.
Translating research into the language of business outcomes and executive decision-making.
How I Lead
It all begins with people at the center. Being empathetic and kind, understanding the perspectives of customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Bringing energy to every problem, simplifying complexity, and solving what matters.
Having the grit to drive insights all the way to action.
Beyond Work
I'm exploring Vedic astrology, experimenting with AI-generated art, reading about consciousness and complexity science, or simply spending time with family.
I believe the best ideas come from wide-ranging curiosity — the further you look outside your field, the more original your thinking becomes inside it.
